In 2019 it was announced that the iconic Parmelia Hilton located in the heart of the Perth CBD will undergo a significant refurbishment. These works include upgraded interiors in 284 rooms, refreshed common areas, 25 new guest rooms, new bathrooms throughout, the addition of an executive lounge and ground floor links to the CBD through Brookfield Plaza and St George’s Terrace.

Eltu were engaged to source, design and install a range of window furnishings and automation solutions to meet the needs of the newly revitalised property.

We drew on our significant technical expertise to install close to 1000 tracks and curtains throughout the property, as well as design and install of a custom Velcro system, eliminating light bleed and potential disturbance to guests.

We were delighted to work with Hawaiian Group, alongside ADCO Construction to elevate the offering at the prestigious hotel in-line with the needs of the modern guest.
