BOTTLEYARD

The Bottleyard is a centrally located and stylishly designed medium density apartment development on Palmerston Street, Perth. Featuring a “village” style layout and multiple apartment configurations, The Bottleyard offers a unique approach to inner city living.

Eltu was enlisted to supply & install a range of internal window furnishings that were sensitive to the overall design and ethos of the development. Key considerations included security, child-safety and maximising the natural light within each apartment.
